Google has recently launched secure search on feature on Google which allows you do a secret search .With Google search over SSL, you can have an end-to-end encrypted search solution between your computer and Google. This will l helps  you protect your search terms and your search results pages from being intercepted by a third party. If your computer is infected with malware or a key logger, a third party might still be able to see the queries that you typed.So Google with SSL enables  more secure and private search experience

In secured search  Google Images and Google Maps are not currently available.You will need to install some plug-ins in Google Chrome or Firefox to use Google secure search. You can install KB SSL Enforce extension for Google Chrome and Google SSL Plugin for Firefox
